Service Description
Professionally installed backdrop with customizable color selections. Includes delivery, setup, takedown, fabric steaming, and coordinated flooring. Sized for event spaces ranging from 6' x 6' to 10' x 10'. Available for indoor installations only.




Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund minus payment processing fees. Cancellations made within 21 days of the event date are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule are accommodated based on availability. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information and ensuring the setup area is cleared and accessible prior to arrival. Party POPS is not responsible for delays or inability to complete setup due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, inaccurate venue information, or venue limitations. Backdrop installations are currently available for indoor use only. Backdrop designs may not be moved, altered, or disassembled after installation is complete. Clients are responsible for supervising children and guests around backdrop installations and rental items throughout the event. Damage to rental items beyond normal use may result in additional repair or replacement charges. Party POPS reserves the right to refuse or discontinue setup if conditions are determined to be unsafe or likely to cause damage to equipment. Party POPS may photograph completed installations for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.
